Yoga allows us to move and breathe with intention, offering a much deserved thank you to our bodies, respite for our mind, and nourishment for our soul. My classes are rooted in vinyasa flow asanas., but you are the ultimate guide of your practice and movement. Through breathwork and thoughtfully curated sequences we will move together to bring awareness and ease into our bodies.
